What kind of ice melt can I get for my traps. Don’t have time to order any flake type from a trapping supply co. I found some that has a mix of calcium chloride sodium chloride and magnesium chloride would that be ok or should I look for something else?

Only problem is the crystals are too big if you dont already have snow/ice on the ground it may take a while to melt down. I guess you could crush it smaller. You could use regular table salt down to the mid teens

Get the ice melt that is 100% magnesium chloride. That's what I use. It works well for me.

Calcium chloride like 20 bucks from our local busy beaver store. You can also get it at your local cement company. Ur sets will not feeze.
