isnarewolves trapper Joined: Apr 2007 Posts: 444 fairbanks,ak.	I have found out in my 3+ years of trapping. Most all lures work very well, if you have game. I never seen the best rated lures work, if there are no critters around. Just saying. Life is hard. It's even harder if your stupid!

I also shy away from a lot of the ones that become very popular, if every guy on the river system is using the same lure it loses some of its spark, and critters that encountered the same smell with another trapper who educated them are less inclined to check that smell out again
