How much a pound?
Forget it. In my opinion Lake Trout is my favorite fresh water fish to eat plain, period!

I love the smell of burning spruce---I love the sound of a spring time goose---I love the feel of 40 below---from my trapline I will never go!

I'm going to buy some this spring and smoke them after seeing yours.
Must be nice to eat ice cream as fast as you want and not have to worry about brain freeze.

Looks good. I like to do mine grilled or smoked with a honey, butter, soy sauce glaze.

Looks great to me.. I'm not familiar with Honey Salsa. How is that made or is something you buy? I've also never tried alder wood for smoker. I run mainly oak and maple because I have it plenty on my property. I sometimes use little apple.
