Grilled leg of lamb. Had to butcher one for my son this week, so when i cut and wrapped it we held this to cook today. Mediterranean seasoning. Smells amazing. Looks good

Pork roast is being cooked now,have to peel potatoes for my wife so she can mash them. Our supper is usually late night.It sure smells good in here. Tom

We tried something new to us today and it was really good and so simple even a trapper...er cave man could make it, lol.
I threw frozen chicken thighs in the crock pot, 4 hours on high. Nothing but the chicken. Took them out and dumped the grease/juice into the dog's pan. Put them back in the crockpot and poured a bottle of Baby Ray's Sweet Teriyaki Sauce over them for another half hour to warm the sauce. Served it over white rice, but you could use a frozen fried rice container, or one of those microwave rice pouches to make it even easier.
