It was in pristine shape and had the rarer 20 inch barrel, but as far as I could tell there was nothing about it that would warrant that money. Im no Marlin expert, but I know guns. The only time I am not online buying guns is when I'm at a gunshow buying guns. Its definately very strange and the fact that it was talked about here proves that.
