Can anyone suggest a good add on backup camera for a pickup?

My truck came with 3 of them, one on each door and one in the middle of the cab. . Just kidding ya!

I get vehicles in the shop with them on, seems to me that the factory ones don't muck over As bad in the winter like the add ons. Doesn't help ya on brand, just something to keep in mind when ya mount it.

There's one on the shed right now!

I bought this one, wireless so I can use it to make it easier to attach trailers by myself. Hooking up a gooseneck to a short bed by myself was nearly impossible. Works well, I also attach it to the back of the camper when I’m pulling it so I can see traffic behind it. I use a magnet to place it on the truck where I want it.

They are required on all vehicles manufactured after 2018, I think.

Drive tractor trailer when I was 18 and learned to use mirrors. Have backup camera on my pickup but use mirrors instead!

I will tell my wife to drive a tractor trailer for a year, problem solved.


Thanks for the replies, I will keep searching. I thought a camera would help my wife when hooking up the boat. She does very good backing the trailer, just has a problem when hooking up on her own.
