Anyone notice it having an impact on health? I have not, necessarily; though I hear it effects health

Yes…I get less sleep when it gets darker later, lol!! When it switches back to getting dark earlier I’m in bed earlier.
Not sure if that’s a health issue or not.

I have heard of people having a difficult time making the adjustment. Frankly, I prefer standard time because traffic is much lighter early in the morning. Daylight Savings Time puts too many people and school buses on the road early in the morning.

Before I retired, during Daylight Savings Time, I could hunt in the afternoon after work. Made me happy.
