what is this on , car truck boat trailer, if on a car or truck they come as a assembly, hub and all you don't just change bearing anymore , if on a trailer they should just slip off with a few taps ?

I'm assuming this is the inner bearing that's a slip fit onto the spindle? A good tug should get it off. If not, can you fabricate something like a pickle fork to get behind it and give it a wack - although the inner seal would be in the way. An old bearing could be seized to the spindle but a new bearing should slip right off. There's more to this than I understand.

I have taken a very thin chisel and drive it in behind the cone, you may be pressed for hammer room and might have to remake your chisel shorter to fit. Just keep diving a wedge in behind it til it comes off.

For outer races you need to chill it before driving in. On the cone that goes on the spindle on big bearings I heat them in oil in a skillet and they will drop right on.

Remember when driving on races and/or punches to wear goggles. They are hard and can shatter like glass. Years ago I was trying to get a bearing that was a couple hundred dollars off and was driving on a chisel it shattered into my hand. I hand 3 slivers in my hand, one of which was in the joint of my thumb. Had to get a hemorrhoid surgeon with huge magnifying glass to remove it, the other 2 slivers are still in my hand.

So you have already ruined your new bearing, mark it up to experience and remember not to put the cone on until you are ready, good advice too late, lol.

Can't help but sounds about like my luck.

Only thing I can think of is one of these if you can get behind it

I really don't understand the exact scenario here, but it sounds like you just need to remove it by whatever means it takes, and just get a new bearing.

It’s always been a long punch on the back of the race from the opposite side of the spindle opening to change out bearings just don’t beat anything you don’t want beat on is all.

Read my thread put it in a deep freeze then heat the bearing it will slide right off. That is how I install them works just the same for removing them.

Until you mess around trying to save it if you consider your time worth anything, ripping it off and replacing is the way to go.

Then file spindle smooth so it doesn't bind on again.

I wanna know what this bearing is on. You haven't been exactly forthcoming with information we could use to give better guidance.
