No matter what weíre taking about, thick is better. Thick pizza crust, thick fur, thick women, thick socks, thick steak, thick is always better.

I would agree with all things you mentioned, however I do prefer a thin pancake over a fluffy thick one.

Thick crust is rarely done in the middle and you fill up on bread if it happens to be edible

The crust on a pizza is not a factor if you put some meat and cheese on it. This one as done on the grill with heavy smoke. There is nothing worse than a pizza that looks like a saltine cracker with tomato sauce on it and little else.
