I can see just fine. If your going to say the people who entered the capital were exorcising their right to assemble peacefully, you have to extend that right to people protesting judges. I am aware that conservative points of view are under attack. That doesn't make shutting down the speech of communists a good idea. But that's the problem, Danny. The protest at the capitol is being called an insurrection by the POTUS while the same POTUS is endorsing these protests. I agree with you that both should be fine. But, one was NOT fine, despite the SAME thing being fine in Oregon just weeks before.

go and block pelosi's driveway with protesters and see how it goes for you and I believe the libs made trouble for conservative protesters who never went inside the capital building... All true. No point giving yourself a stroke before it happens either. I dont think even Biden would tell the Marshals to allow protesters to prevent judges from leaving their homes.

White House encourages 'peaceful protests,' won't tell abortion activists to avoid SCOTUS justices' homes White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said she had no 'official US government position on where people protest'.
'they' are all about intimidation......
I imagine they discussed this in order to encourage people to go to the homes of the justices and protest....I Imagine the justices have some type of protection detail. Wonder what Psaki's home address is? Bet she would have a position on that!

After the cops start beating, arresting and shooting! people, the general consensus among conservatives seemed to be "they should have stayed home, not got involved" when instead we should have been out in droves protesting (just as peacefully as BLM did). They treated the Jan 6th protest the way they did because we allowed it.

If the left can't see what's going on , then we have no hope ! The truth is that even the Ukraine , is all about Biden and Obama . Wake up ! Everyone in the Ukraine and Russia would laugh at this. So would any who watched the news or read a book over the last 40 years
Think beyond right or left don't be guilty of group think.

I wonder if Code Pink protestors were jailed in the DC jail for over a year for criminal trespass like some of those on Jan. 6?

I agree with both of you, but.....cant just be two or three, or two or three hundred, needs to be all conservatives, or at least every one that could possibly get there. Other wise, the gustapo would just cuff and stuff. And the few would still be in the lockup, just like the ones they hunted down for Jan 6th. I've said all along, we need a leader!
