Supposedly there has been a urgent message sent out to all agents and offices 5/23 that they are removing all support for this program. I need to go into the office soon, I will get a clarification from my agent.

No idea if this is real. Like I said, I will clarify with my agent, and make a stand if I need to.

Personally I won't be satisfied until the board of directors publicly crucify the executive responsible and submit all of the leadership to a public flogging.

We need to start making these folks feel some personal pain for this.

You guys are all correct, IMO. State Fraud got enough negative feedback that they were smart enough to realize would affect their business and chose to back off before things took a financial toll.

We have cancelled our insurance and we will not go back regardless of what they circle around with for an answer. They have shown their true colors and direction. I have spoken to other professionals in our field today over the phone. By the time I called some had already contacted their agents to cancel their policies.

No matter what "Jake" says they will definitely take a $$ hit and it may snowball in spite of them attempting to walk it back.

Just the fact that State Farm got rid of the white “Jake” for a new black version is a reason in itself to drop them…
For the record, I could care less what color “Jake” is; it’s the fact that they had to go woke and make him a black man.

Someone else said they wish they had them so they could quit them, and I feel exactly the same way. Called my agent this morning. He was out of the office. So I briefly ran my gripe past the receptionist (very nicely) and she was surprised/apalled. I was THE FIRST customer that she'd talked to about this and she hadn't a clue 'til I told her.

Gonna call back next week and talk to the agent.
