Slipknot OP trapper S Joined: Sep 2021 Southeast Louisiana	So canine trapping in the summer you can run into 95 degree plus temps. How long does lures baits and urine hold up before you would refresh it ?

Golf ball trapper G Joined: Dec 2014 E central Il	I would think with your humidity urine and lure would last longer than say west Texas, Arizona and NewMexico . Maybe Tejas or Steel traps will chime in. I know that’s Chris uses a lava rock to put urine on , it is a dark contrasting object and it holds a good amount of urine as it’s very porous. If I had to rely on lure through the summer I would use it in conjunction with a lure holder of some sort even if it was just sheep’s wool . Last edited by Golf ball; 06/25/22 09:42 PM.
