Nuisance beaver,including ripping the dams out.
Now that I am older I got to be careful how hard I go at it,but sometimes I forget and pay the price.

I've been trapping beavers 12 months a year for 20 years. I had my hip broke once and my back twice. And on my worst day I could beat the smell out of any Canadian, except that it would might maybe take longer with the likes of an ole sage like Boco, but only because I would have to use a wiffle bat with my bad shoulder and all.

Havent trapped beaver much but im sure theyre the hardest. Running 150-200 miles a day after coon under bridges makes me tired. Love it though.

Beaver, I trap only nuisance Beaver, but I think it's more work than anything else.

Beaver through the ice at 30 below 0, with a couple dozen sets out, 40 miles up river on snow machine, then get a cold snap, by far!

Beaver because of the backbreaking work. High bobcats and wolves because of the terrain.

Have to agree its beaver. Big traps,big animals and unstable walking or wading conditions.
Trap them for any length of time and your body is in the best shape imaginable.
At my age I can no longer haul 200 lbs of beaver out at one time let alone through the bogs and swamps for long distances. 10 years ago,it was a different story.
