I'm looking to upgrade to a newer treble/trouble light. After changing spark plugs in my pickup today I realized I've been using the same light for 25 yrs. You all know what kind I'm talking about, the ones that always seem to shine in your face instead of what your working on. I know times have changed with LED so I'm curious as to what light people are using these days. I'd still like to stick with a 120 volt vs battery powered.

Trouble light.
At first I thought you were a musician.

Most of the co's that sell cordless equipment sell a work light too. They will last a long time on a rechargeable battery.

Craftsman makes one that can run on 3 AA batteries, 110 or 12volt DC. It is an LED. Lowes has em on clearance now.

Rechargable is the way to go. Don't look at how many LEDs it has. My streamlight stinger with one LED is brighter than a lot of the stuff with 50-100 LEDs. At work I just use the stinger.

Seems they all end up shining in your eyes, lol.

I still like the old school lights the best.
