If you have it in the taint areas, sleep butt naked with the fan on you. It lets it dry out and heal. This would be after you jumped in the shower and rinsed the stink off. that is how I sleep , ceiling fan , when I get cold I pull the blanket on the ac is on in the house so it is dry and comfortable.

Lotrium jock itch cream works for bright red areas I use the lotrimin jock itch cream on the tater sack surrounding areas as needed and while that has been the issue in the past that is under control the most annoying spot at the moment is the center of my chest I tried the apple cider vinegar and water on my chest as soon as that idea was given and it is soothing , cooling seems to stops the itch for about an hour so I guess that I will be doing that for a while.

Corn starch is your friend. Heat rash and diaper rash treatment, we always browned it in a cast iron skillet. Got a quart jar setting on the dresser I use all the time. Oh yeah. Corn starch is the bomb

well I was talking with the wife this morning that if this isn't showing improvment by Monday I was going to call my DR
I was still developing new rash on Saturday when this started on Monday and that just doesn't make sense for just heat rash alone
I got thinking this is a lot more like when I get poison ivy but I don't think I got exposure to that i have it in places that would have been very hard to have contact and I got my cloths off and got in the shower right away
she said walk in is open right now.
so I went to the walk in clinic
doc agrees my body seems to be way over reacting much like it does on poison ivy but this is my body over reacting to what started as heat rash
either way 10 days prednisone which has been the only thing that has gotten my over poison ivy the last couple times.
if I didn't do something soon I was going to look like those mangy coyotes you guys post that make your skin crawl

You sure it’s heat rash and not poison oak or Ivey? some of your clothes had it in them from prior trips and the moisture/sweat just moved it about' Poison ivy on a muffler can heat it a then it is air-born-- from cutting in the bush last time maybe
