Lots of early posts. What's your normal wake time?

Good morning.
As much as I would like my normal wake up time to be 5:00, which is when my alarm is set to. It is usually 3:26. i'm unsure, as to why, exactly 3:26 but quite frequently that's the time.
It doesn't seem to matter what time I go to bed or what I have eaten or drank before bed.
At this point,I just accept it, and quietly get started with the day.I actually , quite enjoy the early morning solitude. (The Mrs. does NOT enjoy waking up early. haha)

I usually am up by 5:00, I slept in today until 5:45.

I got myself a seniors' GPS.
Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination,
it tells me why I wanted to go there.

I generally get up between 5 am and 6 am .If I am still in bed at 7 AM I must be sick And I consider the day half over at 10.Am .My first order of business is to let the dogs out .When they come back in I feed them and then start coffee

0500-0515 then off to the gym. Home by 0700 to get a shower and ready for work. When trapping I just cut my workouts short, and leave from there to run traps then home in time to get a shower and logged in before 0800, lol.

Right now I’m still laying in bed, slowly starting my day. It’s 10:45am. Figured I’d sleep in real good one more time since first day of school is tomorrow and I become the bus driver for my kids again.

A better question may be when do you go to sleep. I work mostly 16hr shifts and every other week rotates from days to nights.

Good point Providence Farm I was mostly in bedby about 9 PM when I WAs. GETTING UP AT 3:30 am And if I had vacation time coming I would take a vacation day a week so I would have 3 days a week that I could stay in bed until 5 or 6 AM But going to bed at 8 or 9PM cuts into my fur prep time and even at 9 PM 3 am comes pretty quickly
