That was a bucket list trip for me but I believe that time has passed. Great pics and I am jealous.
I have nothing clever to put here.

I love the smell of burning spruce---I love the sound of a spring time goose---I love the feel of 40 below---from my trapline I will never go!

True, my mom is 84 and she didn’t even fish before she retired a few years ago and took a trip to Alaska. She got hooked on Halibut fishing and has gone back to Homer every year, at least once to halibut fish. She’s there right now actually. Go do it 160!!

Very nice!! I travel to Alaska every 3 weeks for work! I’m way up north though on the North Slope! Awesome pictures and nice Chickens (halibut)!!! Those ain't chickens. More like chicks. Butt fishing ain't what she used to be.

What did it cost from door to door?
I wonder if tap dancers walk into a room, look at the floor, and think, I'd tap that. I wonder about things.....

Great pictures Brian. We sure do appreciate you bringing along a little blue sky and sunshine! The chopper pilot told him it was the first clear day since July 12 if I recall. Whatever it cost it cost less last year than it did this year and it'll likely cost more next year! Waiting doesn't pay.

Great way to loook at it .And I will add from my own experience If you have things you want to do or things you truly want; find a way to make it possible .Not only is your financial condition subject to change so is your physical condition subject to change .

What did it cost from door to door? I haven't penciled it out, but I'd guess right around $8,000.
