Usually around 10pm on work nights to get up at 4. On weekends it varies... may stay up late and sleep in, or go to bed at a decent time (11, 12) and get up around 6 like I did today.

an experiment to try
especially for you youngsters that say you don't get tired
when the sky gets dark outside turn off any screen , florescent or LED light some of the soft white that have sort of a yellowish tint to them aren't to bad but if you can just a soft white incandescent for the experiment
put on some instrumental music or read a book, a paper book
I bet you are ready to go to sleep a LOT sooner than normal
screens , moving images , and blue light keep us awake , keep our brains going
also keep a pen and paper next to you , when your brain runs write it down so you can let it go . this is a very important thing for me to do before a trip I will lie in bed and remember things if I can write them down I can let myself go to sleep it may not work for everyone but it is worth a try.
we shoot for 9:30 or 10pm , it doesn't always happen and when it doesn't it was probably because we had a screen on
If I could convince my wife to not have any screens on at night I bet we would be asleep within 40 minutes of dark , I guess in Winter when that is 5:30pm that could be too early
unless I really wore myself out the day before and I don't have an alarm set I seem to naturally get up about the time it gets light

No set pattern other then a night owl by nature.
