How did Saban get drug into this?

I don't see where Saban is mentioned. Is the SEC having somewhat of a down year? When Penn State hammered Auburn, according to some on this site it was because Auburn sucked, LSU must suck too because they just squeaked by Auburn. Auburn beat Missouri so Georgia must suck too because they just squeaked by Missouri.

Actually the SEC is having a good year with so many 2nd tier able to smack around the big boys.

Contrary to conventional wisdom the SEC has more teams than just Bama and Georgia.

Jury is still out on MO Coach Drinkwitz. In his later years, Coach Pinkel would have won that game. But when he started out, his teams struggled too. Got clobbered at home pretty good his first year by Troy State. Took several years to get the players and coaches he needed to win consistent. As for Drinkwitz, jury is still out. Having said that, playing tough against Geogia and Auburn on the road is a good sign. A few breaks and they could have won both and been looking lots better than they do now.
