Sometimes when someone dies I’ll read comments like “may your traps be full”, “hope you’re chasing big bucks in heaven”, “he’s probably catching big bass right now”…etc.

Since there’s no pain or hurt or death in heaven, is it really possible to shoot a big old buck in heaven?

I think you trophy hunt on earth and meat hunt in heaven.

Ifn' Jesus is your huntin' partner, I reckon He could raise that buck from the dead after the deed was done. I would imagine after a few of those resurrections those bucks would get really smart.

I’m not a huge Bible study, but i think it’s referenced that man can manage the beast. Idk why that would differ in heaven.

Good question , it's hard to say. As it sits right now I believe there will be very close similarities between heaven and earth.
After all , God's project was a garden. It had to be tended and there was seasons of sowing and of harvest, even in paradise. And, even in paradise, the possibility of sin still exists.
Although, I could be wrong.

Per Genesis 9:3, nobody ate meat until after the flood. We only ate plants before that, including in the garden where everything was perfect until Adam screwed it up.
