I don't know what to say. How would anyone working at fleet farm know if someone went to a different store to buy a gun recently?

This is nothing more than the state picking out a large retailer and trying to make an example out of them to hopefully scare them into giving up gun sales. The state dosen't have to win, or even really have a case for that matter. It generates publicity and will cost Fleet Farm a lot of money. That might be enough to cause other retailers to decide gun sales aren't worth the hassle.

Buy them where the Gun you choose is available. They'll try for the big retailers first to scare the others.

That's what the couple of Fleet Farm stores I've seen out west are. Literally convenience stores attached to a gas station. Didn't realize they had big stores.

They have some huge stores here in Iowa with big selection of firearms and hunting gear.

I've been dealing with the attorneys general office due to being ripped off by a contractor. The attorneys general office is completely incapable of doing their actual job, other states brought the fraudster to heel much sooner and actually stopped the fraud, MN attorney generals office had its hands in its pockets until the news ran with the story.
