Any of you have any of the dive bomb industries silhouettes or wind socks?

We used the silos on opener, ill stick to the full bods. Birds come into them well but we finished bird better the next day over just full bods

Yes! I have found success with them. I use them as fillers to make the spread bigger. I use full body decoys near the pit. I find they add movement and think they are good.

Same here, but I use Outlaw silhouettes in the landing area.
Also put some on fiberglass rods to get over layout blinds.
With that setup it's much easier to pack into flooded feilds or public grounds where you can't drive.
I like them better than silosocks and they are cheaper than deadly decoys

Have used the Divebomb silos a lot this year and I am really sold on them, full bodied haven’t left the shed yet. The flocked ones really look good and numerous times if you let birds land in the spread it is really difficult to pick out which birds are real. Easy to stick 5 doz in a bag, they don’t take up much room and are really quick to deploy.
Only downside I can see with them will be when it gets cold and the ground freezes, will be easier to run full-bodies then.

Tray, they have a tool on their website for punching holes in frozen ground but they want 65 bucks for it. I made one out of scrap I had. Once ground freezes real hard I’m not sure even the tool will work. Nice picture of your hunt.

Eagleeye-

As a matter of fact. I still have a dozen of those! Don't use them now but did early on.

My answer of "Nope" was brand-specific. I do have and often use a mix of old Outlaws, etc. I think they can be very effective in adding numbers to a spread.

I have also used silos quite a few times while hunting sandbars and islands on the Mississippi. They don't take much room in the boat and they look great to stick in the sandbar at the waters edge to add to a spread of floaters.

Try a cordless drill with a 12" long x 1 > 1.5" wide drill bit. Works great in frozen ground :-)

Silos and socks are great for chasing the little geese out west (lessers) when you are setting spreads of 80-100 doz. If I am hunting big honkers we generally stick to all full bodies. Maybe a few silos mixed in

If you do run silhouettes, buy American. Big Al's decoys. Don't support the Chinese trash

Gotta live up to the nickname...
