I concur on the applying for some assitance. Hopefully it can reduce the financial stress some.

Also working to reduce stress to me is critical. The anxiety and stress can cause different hormonal releases etc. that may cause any unhealthy conditions to worsen
In reality reducing anxiety and worry is very difficult to do but efforts should be geared in that direction.
Sometimes in life contracting or having a chronic disease or physical condition etc. can cause a person to make lifestyle changes that improve other aspects of one's life while reducing the severity of the conditions that need to be dealt with.
