How long do the snares need to air out after the formula1 and zepp dip?

I tried dakota line it rubs right off. Formula One is much tougher. Just rubbed my thumb on this DP and it wipes right off, like an interior latex primer....

Just until its dry, a few hours then you can go set them.

ADC do you use formula one only on your traps and snares ? Anything over the top like zepp or fmj ?

How thin do you make the formula one for the snares?

3 parts water on both traps and snares. I just dip the snares once. Traps dry for an hour in front of a fan between their 3 coats. One or two dips on traps that have been dipped in the past and just need touched up.

I have used snares a buddy did in F1 then FMJ and they are very fast, I'm not sure it's needed as F1 is pretty slick but it certainly doesn't hurt.

Can formula 1 be kept year to year once diluted?

Yes, however you can not let it freeze and I suggest if there is a "skin" that forms on top of it (obviously keep it in a bucket with a lid) you need to carefully remove it before dipping snares or that skin will break into tiny pieces and stick to the cable and turn hard impeding the locks sliding smoothly.

Adc hit the nail on the head here, both fmj(zepps) and formula 1 can be stored year to year, just can't freeze, formula 1 is the first dip I've used on snares that didn't add a thick coating, or make them chalky and slow. I then add a dip of zepps and they are wicked fast, but I'm also not a huge snare guy , its just how I do mine, but I like it alot!
