Grayling are a mild fish kind like trout. We only eat them fresh. Made the mistake of freezing and eating later and they turn mushy! Best way is fry in butter over camp fire while still wiggling.
I love the smell of burning spruce---I love the sound of a spring time goose---I love the feel of 40 below---from my trapline I will never go!
