Anyone ever had a Browning cam malfunction on them and sent it back, under warranty?

not under warranty but I have sent one back 1-1.5 years out of warranty and they called me to tell me that they were replacing it as if it were under warranty and wouldn't even let me pay the shipping. They are a great company to deal with.

When I was talking to them, I passingly mused that I wished they had a closer address I could send mine to. England racking up the postage 'n all.

Then, I noticed it said " Birmingham, Al ". Then, the old Manhattan Transfer (Glenn Miller) number drifted back to me.

Oh. That Birmingham!

I sent one back that was out of warranty to see if they could fix it. The model had been discontinued. They couldn’t fix it and offered me a choice of a few different ones at reduced cost.

I have had a few Brownings

They all took 10's of thousands of pictures before failing.
Even sent one back way out of warranty and they replaced it

For the price they can't be beat and likely hard to beat by paying way more for.

I have dealt with Browning on repairs on bows and shotguns. They are STELLAR !!!!!!!!!!!

I have 2 Browning trail cams. Haven't needed service yet. Not worried.

Right now I have 30 Browning trail cameras. All purchased from Trailcampro.com. They double the warranty to two years and if necessary send it back to them. I have returned 4 over the years. They send the replacement by 2 day fedex.

I take about 100,000 images and videos per year. I have that brand because of the great photo and video quality, reliability, and longevity.

I used to run all Cuddebacks. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tried the Brownings, and WOW !!!!!!!!!

VERY impressed so far.

Must say, Strut; Having played with a world of cam's, I honestly find the cheapest, nastiest things out there can produce 'across the board' level, daytime, stuff.

But, when it gets dark? There's just this Gulf between the quality of the rest, and a Browning! I think one really has to See it, to grasp it.

We're not looking at foxes any more. We're looking at the hairs on the foxes!

I'd simply never experienced that before.

What model do you find to be the best and most reliable?

Hey what's the number you got for the USA site?, I got one that needs to be fixed browning forget the model but it eats a set of batteries in a day or 2.
