Forget that fear of gravity-get a little savagery in your life.

Nice work. Late season, most moose seasons up here are in September.

Nice work. Late season, most moose seasons up here are in September. Our OTC tags are late October 15-19 and November 20-25 if we draw a tag then we get it during prime calling season

That's great. What a relief it must be to get that much meat on the last day. Sure was freezer was getting low and I had been skunked elk hunting earlier this fall

Looks like a great eater, even got some fat on it. For those that never had fat moose, it will make you want to slap a cow.
I always amazed when you guys bring your moose home whole like that. lol Must be nice to have that option. yukonjeff that's what I was think , must have shot close to truck ? Between the old logging roads and the quad and big tub trailer and winch I can get them out whole usually. Was about 15km from the truck

Great looking moose meat.. You gonna cut it yourself or take it to the butcher I will cut it myself looks good I prefer to cut myself I have never done a moose but it's no bigger that a beef cow, getting gut and hide off is half the work of cutting them up , no point in paying some one to do the easy stuff left congrats
