Completely aside from the obvious defiance of SCOTUS and the Constitution how much money is she blowing on losing lawsuits? The fool is more than willing to bankrupt the state. That's how they operate. Use your money, all of it, to strip you of your rights.

Yes Warrior, but it is hard to be sorry for the fools because they continue to vote D. NY is a large state. It takes 8 hours to drive from where I lived, to NYC. Most of NY is very rural. Northeast NY is basically still wilderness while southwest and most of central NY is huge tracks of forest interspersed with farm land. But when you have over 8 million people in ONE city, that all vote Democrat, the normal people who live in the country don't have much of a chance. I feel sorry for them because NY is a pretty state, and the only choice they really have is to move out of it like I did.

That's why states should set up their election system like the federal system with an electoral college. This would alleviate near complete control of states by metropolitan areas.

Apparently she doesn't realize that every case she loses strengthens the 2nd Amendment, expanding its reach by creating new precedents and knocking down old precedents. She's doing our work for us. Yup, and very pointedly lays out just why we have the Second in the first place. Our founders fully understood the nature of human governance, that it always bends towards tyranny.

hochul blatantly and repeatedly attacks America and our Constitutional Rights... vote accordingly this November! If y'all had a almost 100% rural voter turn out would you be able to out vote the big city? Absolutely, a state rep came to our trappers asso meeting last Sunday. According to her about 1/3 of the NYC vote typically goes republican and 2/3 of upstate goes republican. The total population in the rest of the state is close to the population in NYC. So if we could beat them on voter turnout by any significant margin we should be able to win. Problem is to many people think their vote doesn't count or just don't care. I blame the government for that. They should do more to show that they take voter fraud seriously rather than saying it didn't happen.
