Anyone actually trapping?...the boy and I went out REAL leisurely today, dropped in a few mink/rat sets, and had time to just talk and hang out....water is as low as I remember in recent years..not much rat sign

Not yet but getting the itch real bad. I was working on my fur room and tweeked my knee today, was stacking totes of traps and tweeked my back yesterday. So not sure how much trapping I'd be doing this year but... I do have a friend's kid who's 15 years old and went through our trapping class this summer and, while finding buyers for our Mtn Feist pups I met a 20 something collage student who just started trapping last year and both of them agreed to trap with me so maybe having a couple young men around will take some weight off my shoulders.

Life sure is tough when you don't learn from the mistakes of others.
