Mtp has did me well as with many other I have order from. Fnt, katzs, Cumberland, and a few other. Never had a problem. Only time I ever had anything wrong is a order got lost and ups kept telling me its on the way called mtp they said nope its lost, you should have received that already we will have another box ship out today and I had it 3 days later. I love mtp.

"Has anyone else here had the same experience with a vendor?"

Not me, but if I remember right a lot of people on here had similar problems with some Andy ( I think it was Andy) fellow out west.

Who is John Galt?

I have bought supplies from many and Funke is my favorite. He even calls if he thinks "I" messed up on my order. Another place I ordered from messed up and he was far more upset than me!

I've had few problems in 40 years and all go over the top to fix them. Says a lot about trappers in the business!

Give an illegal alien a fish and he eats for a day. Deport him and you never have to feed him ever again!

I'm fairly newly registered, been stalking these forums a long time though.

With the Days getting shorter I have a little more time to mess around on the internet.

I didn't start name dropping, Just because I've had a bad experience doesn't mean everyone has.
If it was a common occurrence from the supplier mostly likely everyone would know who I meant.

I think the fact that you didn't post the name shows good judgement on your part regardless of how new you are here. Best to try to work with the vendor or just do business in the future with others that have proven reliable

He didn't give the name because he wasn't 100% sure the shortage was intentional

The Andy dude from Montana didn't seem to give a flip about his bad dealings

Just ordered from F&T for the first time this last week and it was in the house in 4 days from the time it was ordered to the time it arrived. I even had 500 trap tags in it which was a surprise when it shipped the next day. They also just got their new shop opened up so I though it would be a little longer wait but it wasn't. Safe to say, I will be ordering from them many more times over the years.

I have had the same experience. Incredibly fast shipping. I swear I could order ice cream from them and it would arrive before it melted.

I have nothing clever to put here.
