They played a heckuva team, but managed to outlast them in all four games. 7 for 7 in playoffs. Hope they can do as well against the Phillies, who they dominated during regular season. I know, I'll go ahead and say it for a few of you----"cheaters"!

Should be an interesting World Series. The Phillies made it as a 6th seed and the Astros won about 19 more games in the regular season than the Phillies did. I guess the Phillies will be huge underdogs.

The Astros have some dominant pitching and that is what separates the good teams from the really great teams

Hopefully they win... Phillies winning the WS has been a harbinger of economic disaster historically.

I remember Jim Bunning....Reggie Smith...and Cookie RoHas ....baseball cards....you know the 5 cent pack with gum. We use to pitch cards at recess when I lived on the naval base in Philly ..1965... 4th Grade....good times !

Nessie, was Reggie Smith a Phillie? I remember Bunning and Rojos, but Reggie Smith I do not recall being with the Phillies. They had a Lonnie Smith in the late 70's or early 80's.
