An RPG is considered a destructive device and can be bought going through the same process as Class 3 weapons with the appropriate tax stamps. So, yes, we can buy those here. Same with suppressors,mortars, hand grenades, cannons etc etc. Your PM got scared by trucks parked in the streets. Lol
