Are Montana traps still being made ?

I'd like to try the #5. Got some #3 and #2 both way over sprung. The #2 I almost need a setter to get the jaw down enough to set it. I despise the round edge on those jaws, they penetrate when they hit. They should be offset.

No, we are no longer making the Montana Traps

There are a lot of factors, but mainly my refusal to send any of my American money to China

We have researched doing some manufacturing in other places, including the US, but with current market conditions, steel prices, and other factors, we are in a ‘let’s wait and see what happens’ point

If things improve in the next few years, yes, we will pursue manufacturing in another place

We DO have some 1 1/2 traps available, and we seem to ship some out every day, so those will probably be gone by the first of the year
