I have a Tactacam that I have set to send pictures twice a day at noon and 10 pm but everyday it erases those times and Doenst send any. Any ideas how to fix this? There customer service email does me not good as they are asking for specific serial numbers etc which I need off the camera which is sitting in the field

Give them a call. They were very helpful when I called and could connect to the camera and diagnose the problem from their computer. My guess is ur doing something wrong during setup or maybe wrong/bad sd card. My issue with it not sending was junk card (which was one they recommend). They diagnosed the problem while they were on the phone with me. Very helpful.

When u setup the new send times are u hitting the reset all settings button at the bottom or the apply settings button?

Does it have cell service connection where you placed it?

I just checked my app to see the menu. Make sure you hit "apply settings" when making changes. I had a issue and logged out, then back in and made changes and everything worked correctly. Is the camera checking in with the server everyday?

I tried to change some settings on mine through the app, didn’t work. Had to change it on the camer

I had 1 reveal x that wouldn't send pictures to often, and had a second tactacam on the same tree that worked good. It's been a HUGE pia dealing with tactacam, this camera has been bad since new, I complained and they said just keep monitoring it,put in another new SD card. Your cards aren't any good,, I bought them from tactacam Well this turns into a year with several gripes in the year, now I'm getting po'd. Just this week they said send it in we'll look at it and service it, but we need your credit card info it's out of warranty. I had to copy my old emails and send to them , now they are taking care of the expense of fixing it under warranty. I got 8 of these reveals and 7 work good but 1 isn't very good. I'm going to see how they do with this camera, I just may change to browning trail cams after dealing with support.

When changing setting through the app they dont show up as changed until the camera checks in with the server, its not instantaneous like it is when changing at the camera.

Yes service and yes hitting apply all. It worked the first couple days then just quit sending me the pictures it takes. I’m sure it has taken some since it had various elk deer and moose in the first 24 hours
