Had a buddy send me this story and it'll put the end to trapping when we can't drive more than a few minutes in either direction.
The evil motives behind the Green movement are evident at their every turn.

I'll stick with be fruitful and multiply thank you.
Everything else is a lie.

Blessings,
Mark

sounds like they also are deciding what is a household essential item as , they will be ensuring the majority of household items are available with in a 15 minute bike ride or walk.

you can hardly get 1 or 2 decent butcher shops in a city of 50K now

how many new butcher ships you think they will make I am guessing none

Even the Brittish, raised from birth to be subservient sheep, are not going to adopt anything that confines them in a ghetto. Even if they choose the ghetto.

Don't be to certain about that. You do remember the reaction of people to covid? Inject fear of possible death (the earth is going to burn up and all of us with it) and folks will trip over each other to comply.

You can hopefully still ride the train or airplane. I understand things are pretty rough in parts of Europe currently.

Mark my words the leaders of this country will make it more difficult ($) for people to live outside of cities here. I saw the plan outlined 15 years ago and we are definitely moving that direction. Much much easier to control people living in cities, in many different ways.

So if you work outside of your 15min what then? Are they going to provide another job with equal pay, time, and benefits?

I’d be curious who all on here actually lives in a city? Or a city with 50K+ citizens? Or basically who lives where you can’t walk out your front or back door and pee while shooting a squirrel out of the tree?

Hmm, sounds like they want a return to the rural small village concept and away from the big urban city.

You know, the small village of tenants or crofters tied to the lord of the manor house.

The same villages our forefathers fled when better opportunities arose.

I was at an art thing a display of prints from the 1850-19 teens

lithography the advertisements were very interesting , one concept was a Store train , the train pulled into a station near you and you could shop and order things for pickup or delivery later.

might well end up with that concept again restaurants take to food trucks that can be in new neighborhoods or towns frequently maybe even with indoor dining space sort of a pop up restaurant this is something I have seen they do a restaurant for like a month of Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday till noon like during the holiday shopping season on a small town square.

there are lots of delivery services also , seen some fruit and veg trucks make from old busses brought into cities.

it is a good idea to get services all local in your long range city planning but the reality is the neighborhoods also need to be able to support those businesses

and it isn't government's place to tell a business who they must serve you can only offer TIF districts and grants to encourage it.

Vanity of vanities, there is nothing new under the sun.

Those words put to pen by King Solomon 3000 years ago describes exactly what this plan is.

History is replete with example after example, including Solomon's own history, of this plan. It was the land of Goshen under the pharaohs a few centuries earlier or Babylon just a few generations later.

We called it feudalism or serfdom in our own history and plantations and company towns in the colonies and US.

Vanity of vanities there is nothing new under the sun.

But the wise king did leave us with the sum of all his knowledge.

The conclusion of the whole matter, fear God and keep His commandments for this is the whole duty of man.

[quote=warrior]BTW, if its any comfort just ask where are the pharaohs now.

Maybe the modern day pharaohs are in Washington calling the shots, lol.

Just imagine how many walls its going to take to keep the peasants in their 15 minute zone, we can't even keep the citizens in the U.S. and the non- citizens out!

Imagine having your milk delivered to your house each morning and a bag of ice also. Used to be a train depot in about every little village and if they didn't have one they soon died. Now I'm reminiscing when the public vacated the mom and pop stores for WalleyWorld. Maybe just have Amazon literally drop your bread on your roof. Christmas year round like it should be, I guess?

I think this is a great idea. All large metropolitan areas should adopt this fabulous plan. It restricts residents' travel within district boundaries and fines them if they travel too much outside those boundaries. I would add another restriction: To prevent traffic congestion and pollution from coming into these metropolitan areas, build impenetrable walls to keep outsiders out and insiders in.

What's not to like?

Covid lock-downs, restrictions on travel and freedom of movement are all part of the Marxist agenda to control the population. If anyone can't see that they are either blind or in denial.

Look at what has happened in China, covid was either an engineered or convenient means to clamp down on their people in order to stop the democracy movement of 2919.
