After several attempts this summer, I finally caught my nemesis. She has been avoiding all my sets including snares so I went to Jared's and got her a nice bracelet. Afterall, what woman can resist fine jewelry, especially in the shape of an MB750? It's obvious she has been pursued by others in the past but I finally managed to get her to take a ride in my truck. I hope she's the last of that bunch for awhile.

Was a little hesitant to open the thread lol
It's always a relief to get the problem nuisance beaver. Kudos for sticking with it.
If not a nuisance job those are the ones I leave for seed.

I have a big female that is giving me fits too. I threw her a curve ball today and I HOPE to have her tomorrow.

I have nothing clever to put here.

It is better to die on your feet than to live on your knees.

I believe she moved into an old back den about 100 yards from the active house. I set a Bidger #5 bracelet for her.

The ol blue bucket set? grin

I bought Charels and Paul Dobbins Summertime Beaver Controle DVD and used what they recommended. My only concern now is if she was the only one there. Broke the dam in three places, set one MB 750, a snare and left the third one open. She was caught in the trap but the break was plugged as if there is another one with her but the other two breaks weren't touched. Hope to find out in the morning.

So nice to finally get that last one. Much sweeter victory if it takes a long time. Congratulations!

I'm just happy to be here! Today I'm as young as I'll ever be and and older than I've ever been before!

I got my nemesis today on a drowning rod with a MB 750! Had all the slides covered with 330's and he started some new slides to avoid the 330's. Hopefully the last one for that batch.

Way to go Bision!

Well it seems she found a new mate this summer and he was the one who plugged the hole in the dam bit that's the last hole he'll plug from now on!
