Big Buddy heater won't send gas through to pilot
Brass 2" pilot tube on bottom is clear and clean So it's higher up somewhere

The elbow fittings get filled up with stuff. You can blow them out or take apart and clean. Look up on yutube.

They say it can be from the long hose that connects to a large tank.....maybe use a filter.

First thing I like to do is check any place a spider can put it self or a web. Picked up more than I gas grill off curb that needed only a spider web removed. If the pilot is lighting but the full burner not lighting. Might be the thermo couple. I've replaced more than one of them on my Mr heaters.

Buddy heaters will drive a man nuts.

Mine does the same every year. I got two of them. Pull it apart scrub the orifice with acetone clean everything else as best I can. Swap filters and run the lines and eventually one of them lights. Can't say exactly what it is but I suspect something in the auto shutoff/thermocouple.

Same issues. After enough screwing around with it long enough it just starts working. Somehow the cussing must fix it.
