Got this text from my son today:

River taking a turn for the worse today. Still struggling with not gaining weight. Infection and fever is back today and she seems more sick. They are going to try another CT scan to try to find out what is causing the infections.

UPDATE:

River is back in surgery. Her remaining intestines are leaking fecal matter and gas in to the body cavity. It doesn't look good, but we are still holding out hope our prayers will cause God to intervene on her behalf.
