I sm 6,3 just for reference.
This is the largest racoon I've caught! I am guessing between 30 and 40 ish pounds.
It's too bad it had no tail any idea how it lost it? It was not in the trap. I threw it out because I thought it would be worth nothing.

God sends down his blessings!!

Coons sell just fine without their tail. They pull off rhen skinning ro fleshing some times
Now I'm not saying they are worth anything just that they sell without tails. They don't use the tails for much as I understand it.

Nice catch.

Just curious what you mean when you say “God sends down his blessings”? Because if it’s the raccoon, you thought it was worth nothing.

Alot of old boar coon will have scars at the base of the tail and many missing tails. I saw a video of a boar trying to mount a sow and another boar would bite its tail from behind trying to drag it of rg he sow.

Nice one.

I got myself a seniors' GPS.
Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination,
it tells me why I wanted to go there.

I'm looking at the land you trap.
The catch you have.
The smile on your face.

Yes I believe God is blessing you and the people who you share this with.

Good job and keep it up.

Well done. Too early to tell what fur will bring. I wouldn't toss it yet.
