He's getting a little discouraged. He caught 3 more yesterday, its been slow but rhis is yhe best catch he's made..he's at 71. That's yhe most he's caught in his "season" ever.

Truthfully the whole line needed pulled and moved a week ago but he's out of area unless he wants to go another 100 miles and that's not feasible.

Now its like..when you have 3 days of season left and ya don't wanna quit so you keep thw traps out because you still ha e the chance..you'll catch nothing with them in the back of your truck.

Great ride along thread.

Usually the nastier the weather fronts coming in are...the more they move.But I only have Fisher to base that opinion on.

Nessie..usually the marten move like heck with the fronts. He had pockets this year where the marten weren't there. No tracks at all even with the front.

No rabbits or anything

He's up 73. He's pulling Tuesday.

He caught 1
Yesterday but he's been pulling traps as he goes so he does t have as many sets out as he did.




A little bonus.

Is it had been earlier he has a buddy out there that'd has some dogs, and they were gonna run one, but the track was at least a day old.

Bob and I have a greeting we've made into a tradition when we talk on the phone....I say in the best Maine accent I can mustah- " Hey howahhhhhya ?" He says it right back naturally, we always chuckle.
