I love making stew. My favorite cut to use is lower legs. I love all that chewy connective tissue in my meat. My family thinks I'm weird.

Sound pretty good the canned ingredients would be very good when going to camps as they keep without refrigeration, canned meat of some form would be interesting to try, I know if I canned pork or deer at home that would work, but as far as buying something from a store I’m not sure.

Stew in the South is Brunswich Stew cooked in an iron pot outside and stirred with a boat paddle.
