Are you sure? Seems like one of your hobbies from 2018 is getting tea for your wife.

I am 11 years old!!! What the heck are you talking about?

Oh yeah, that's from the FishWrapper. I didn't post it but that's just a story he found in the FishWrapper, if you know what that is

I have tried all sorts of things this is what I have stuck with some years I do more of some than others
hunting , fishing , trapping , gardening , shooting , some armature gun smith-ing , reloading, some amateur mechanic-ing , wood cutting , home butchering

mostly I like eating and shooting stuff

my mechanic-ing is mostly to keep me doing the other things

Hunting, fishing, trapping, maple syruping, BBQ and sausage making, attempting to feed out a couple beef and pork bellies, training for pistol and rifle proficiency, reloading, basement bubba gunsmithing... I don’t know what qualifies as a lifestyle or a hobby, but I like to learn new things and stay busy.

Who needs a hobby when you spend your life on Trapperman? lol

Hobbies are for people without internet connections anymore.

Give an illegal alien a fish and he eats for a day. Deport him and you never have to feed him ever again!

Hunting. Metal detecting, especially in the water. Hope to get back into fishing next year.

Trapping and artwork, even though that is how I make my living also. After that I’d say traditional archery and stone knapping.

Hunting and trapping are as you say a lifestyle But it shapes your life in such a way that it is not just something you do it is what you are . For example I have next to no interest in football Why because I am hunting and running a trap line I do not have time to watch a game that has no impact on my day .One thing that might come with the hunting and trapping is helping to teach hunter safety /trapping / outdoor skill to youth There are many great people that give their time to help kids to learn a solid foundation in any number of outdoor activies . The value of all the time that is directed to heling kids become involved in those things will produce a lifetime of satisfaction for all involved. Also I have found that most trappers are very knowledgeable people that are often more interesting than they apear to be on the surface

I can't even imagine going a day without engaging in one or more "hobbies". I wish the day had at least 48 hours. I no longer commercial trap or commercial fish, so my hunting, trapping, and fishing are now hobbies. In addition:

sawmilling
small log cabin building
knife building
writing trapping articles for various outlets
pine needle basketry
skull cleaning and collecting
snake research
mammal skull technical drawing
book writing
nature photography
birding
small mammal collecting for museums
fly tying
ad infinitum

And I will bet that most of that was self taught because of your nature to want to know more and learn how and why .And much of that desire to want to know how and why is based on self motivation

My Fur shed is cramped because one hobby/project is overlapping seasons and sitting on the beaver skinning table. I need to hurry and get things caught up.
