The drawing is in Tallahassee Florida yet California stated that "a participating state" had trouble processing all the electronic tickets sold. Kinda like the electronic voting machines unable to count the votes and had to stop at 10:00 P.M. and finish processing the votes overnight. Any guesses which state will have the winning numbers?
