Apparently, high gas prices, high costs for food and heating fuel, rising crime, drugs coming across the border resulting in many deaths....none of this matters. It will be interesting to see how these same people who voted this way will feel then they experience the pinch two years from now. If we even have a viable country by then.
These election results will certainly encourage Biden to run again in 2024. He probably feels he's been doing a wonderful job as president. That the polls mean nothing. Coming across the border is exactly why conservatives cannot win any longer. Demographics have changed and not in a conservative favor.

There will have to be an extreme crisis for this to turn around and it may not happen even then.
No doubt it is coming and they’ll be begging for sympathy. Forget cake, let them eat rocks. or something else...

Hobbie I think you're missing the point I was making. Trump did not need to respond every time someone said something that ticked him off. Sometimes it's best to say nothing at all. When he'd pop off all the time the media knew they were getting under his skin so it was never ending. Being abrasive is one thing, doing it all the time turns people off, sorry to tell you that. I liked when he'd bark back but then it got to the point he needed to just shut up and move on. He just wouldn't do it though. I agree with you. It was Trump's support in the primaries that gave us poor candidates , Oz, Walker and Michels in WI. He should have stayed out of it and said he would support whoever the nominee was. His ego would not allow that. His latest "DeSanctimonious" attack was the final nail for me. I hope he stays on the sidelines now. The Wi Republican party is responsible for Micheals loss. They gave him little if any support and I believe they are happy with evers in the office. With Micheals as gov. the Republicans would actually have to work and cash some of the checks their mouths have written. Voss and company are happy to just sit on their hands and collect their checks.

Coming across the border is exactly why conservatives cannot win any longer. Demographics have changed and not in a conservative favor. I agree. It should be no secret that that's the goal of the democratic party. Get as many immigrants into the country, give them free stuff, then give them amnesty so they can vote. The ultimate goal is to make the US a one party system and 100% government control.
Immigrants who bypassed legal process in migrating to the US demand legal process before being kicked out.

I think it's kinda naive how some of ya'll think any conservative is going to get a fair shake in the media. They will all be demonized. They will be called an extreme, divisive, white supremist on a daily basis. Terrorists that will destroy the country if elected. It doesn't matter who it is. Not at all naive which is why us maga deplorables support don't give a dam candidates like Lake or will go to the mat for less than perfect but honest America First ones like Walker.

Things don't change here in illinois. A guy can win 100 counties but cannot win the governor race because of a couple counties in Chicago. We still have Pritzker for the governor.
Lots of people are saying tipping point / civil war, ect. I don't see it here in rural Illinois. We help our neighbors and share with them and them with us like it is supposed to be. City people are the ones pushing to be furries, gay agenda, hate police, gangs, ect.
Just passin through

You’d look and think, Red State. Not necessarily so. We did keep our Governor, but will most likely have a runoff for Senator. Still all Red except the Blue around the cities.

Over 1,000 businesses were burned to the ground during the riots. Our governor sat on his hands while the Twin Cities burned. He sent covid victims to nursing homes infecting hundreds of elderly people, the most vulnerable people, causing many deaths. But, the Twin City people still re-elected him. Talk about throwing the elderly under the bus!

Looks like we may have a deadlocked senate again. 48-48 with 4 races not called yet. WI and NV, the Republican is leading. AZ and GA, the dem is.
It looks like we're going to win the House? With less than 50% the GA Senate race is headed to a runoff
Sometimes nothing can be a real cool hand
