k snow OP trapper Joined: Oct 2009 east central WI	I took the new squirrel rifle to the range today for some offhand shooting. I've been working up a load from the bench at 25 yards and found one I was happy with. 45 grains of 3F goex, a .350 ball and an .018 patch. I always shoot a bit different offhand than from a bench, so from here on out all sight adjustments will be made offhand. Looks like from today I need to move the rear sight left, but up down isn't too bad. Osagan trapper O Joined: Sep 2020 Missouri	45 grns, I bet that thing cracks. What do you think it's running, 1800-1900? That'll sure splatter a squirrel. Mine shot better fast. I made up another dipper, 20 or so just to shoot squirrel with.

Beautiful too! L&R locks can get a bad rap at times, but I have two and they are very fast. A queen Anne on a fowler and this rifle has their Dickert lock. Very fast and very reliable.
