Since 410 ammo can't be found I decided to roll my own
I de-prime using a socket the base fits in and a roll punch
I resize using a chunk of 1/2 inch pvc pipe
to re-prime, I have a flat plate and a small brass water tube that fits inside of the shell , start primer by hand , set on plate and insert tube , use a rubber mallet to wack the tube and set the primer
Measure/weigh the powder and and dump in the shell , insert the wad using a screwdriver and tap it down a little , , I place the pvc pipe over the case
Put the shot in until it gets to the top of the wad
I use my thumb nail or a flat screwdriver to start the crimp , then tap it down with my little hammer (pvc helps from crushing the hull)

They are not perfect but work

Great! I'm envious, I wish I learned how years ago. I had the chance but didn't. Kudos ole boy!

I wonder if tap dancers walk into a room, look at the floor, and think, I'd tap that. I wonder about things.....

Cool!

Got a box of .410 here. Haven't got a .410, any more. But, a friend made me an adaptor, for my Mossberg. Basically a steel 12 with a .410 sized hole through the middle.

Goes bang. Then ejects. Do the job wink

i have an old hand loader you use a hammer with. it has a tool that makes a crimp. work great in a single shot. would have feeding problems in a pump auto or bolt i think. no resizer for the brass

Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790)

They look good. If they are for a one lunger no need to resize. Pumps it works better to do it, and autoloaders it is a necessity.

good stuff I reloaded some rifle cartridges in a similar way

rather than a socket I used a block of wood with the right size hold drilled in it makes it easy to knock the old primer out into the hole

then a bolt that mostly fills the hull or in my case the case mouth set the primer on the wood block case over it and the bolt pushes the hull/case down over the primer

the bolt could also be used to push in the wad

what ever is working for you

they did make a 410 lee loader at one point

some one with a lathe could make them up fairly easily and get that sizing to really make them load in the gun right

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

Guess it's a good thing I didn't sell the hand full of 410 shells I have here.. just got text from my son and hour ago. Guess he won a Browning 410 pump on a pull board at bar he frequents. Spent $20 on 4 pulls and had one number in 4 squares he pulled. Guess that one number was winner.
I have a 20ga press and two 12 ga presses Maybe have to shop around see can find 410 press. Or load like rags is doing.
Thanks for posting rags..you made it sound easy..
