Who uses them? what kind? Do you ever have deer react? I had a small buck coming in from up wind tonight, stopped about 25 yards out, lifted his head and sniffed, turned and left. I had a lemon honey halls in my mouth at the time. Had multiple deer come through up wind and down that did not react, but I did not have a cough drop in at the time.

Wow-What a ride!"

Hundreds or thousands of deer are shot every day by people with cigarettes in their mouth. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Proudly banned from the NTA.

Bother me tomorrow. Today I'll buy no sorrows.

I don't think it matters. I have taken deer while smelling of nasty hydraulic oil from head to toe. Positioning is the key.

I wonder if tap dancers walk into a room, look at the floor, and think, I'd tap that. I wonder about things.....

All depends on pressure, when its low your scent will stay at the ground in pockets. If you are up high enough, wind or no wind, it wont really matter to be honest. Likely to scare them more from movement than anything imo.
