I am on a squirrel removal job right now and I have to go there tonight to remove a squirrel from the trap. I mixed up some peanut butter and birdseed tonight. I had just corn in it before.

Can I use Dunlap lures redemption muskrat lure in there.

Swing by your local grocery store, baking aisle. Black Walnut extract.

I've had good luck with peanuts like you use for bird food .

Try this combination:

1.) A glob of Peanut butter as the base.
2.) Ground up black-oil-sunflower seeds (put on top of peanut butter as you set). The oils supposedly act as lure.
3.) Smear all that on a piece of whatever food they're currently eating in the wild. So if it's walnuts, drill a hole through a green walnut (take off the outer shell) if you need the walnut to sit on something, then smear all this on the top.

It shouldn't take long or money once you have the system in place.
