Yes. MJ 600. End of August. Nail = turned black. Stayed on tlill September Then fell off. Growed out some. Split of. Nov 18 th. Still looks ruff. But got to make a living some how. So still trapping coyotes! LOL!!

For me a face full of Dirt is more common then finger pinch. I guess you would call it a near miss.

Couple times a season. I remember last season I thought it’d be a good idea of pack the dirt down on my pan. Not sure what I was thinking but I won’t do that again. The worst part usually is getting all the dirt out of your eyes.

Some fiberglass mesh and epoxy will fix that right up. Don't ask how I know. whistle

Last year first day of beaver, first trap Duke #4. Got thumb and finger lost both nails. Hurts just thinking about it
