Apparently some 22 year old kid shot up a gay bar. 5 dead, 18 wounded.

The kicker is, this same kid was arrested last year and charged with 2 felonies for threatening to blow up his own mother with a bomb. Why was he not in jail?

Ang, if you have seen the news in the last couple years, you already know the answer to that! Poor little peoples dont kill no one, it’s the big bad gun! Sheer stupidity, like everything happening in this country anymore!

Because the people in charge feel the need to give the down trodden people that do this kind of thing another chance It is much easier to take our God given rights And blame our gun culture They don't take any responsibility for many of their own actions And they think it is unfair to ask someone that has committed such crimes that normal people can not understand They all lie and say they want to develop programs for people with mental health issues But in the end the people that need that help seldom get it We all must face the fact that evil exists .And the only way to make evil understand is by the use of force .Some times and for some things not every one should get a second chance.

Mass shooting, targeted one of the lefts special groups, probably used a black gun. Over look the perps past and failures of the system.

Just another route round of incremental gun control. Many love to see this happen to furthered their agenda. Would really be shock if the guns used were of the same top tier variety of the last several shooters.

Colorado sure has had a bunch of shootings over the years. No comment intended. Just an observation.

Well this isn't good. Apparently the reason he never did time (and had this record sealed) was because his grandfather is apparently a California congressman. And a Republican.

Well if that's so, why would anyone expect a different outcome from two parties who are the same with a different name?

Well there are plenty of people that are married yet openly welcome others of multiple orientations to their relationships. My take is there are a lot of freaks out there.

If the question is should he be charged with hate crimes .That is an easy choice Charge him with 480 volts for each person he killed and another 240 volts for those that where wounded by him .That should make the choice of if the punishment fits the crime no matter what name the think is somehow going to solve the situation
